Liam Enright 95 years with Michael Dillane 90 years

Belated Happy Birthday to Michael Dillane, originally from Clounleharde, now living in Listowel who celebrated his 90^th birthday last week February 23^rd. He is pictured here with Liam Enright who will be 96 this coming September, DV. It’s great to see both looking so well. Michael is still very active in Listowel where he lives with his wife.

Dromagarraun is one of the smallest areas of the parish of Ballyhahill/Loughill with just a few houses in that address so it is lovely to see a new family moving in there this week. Best wishes for many years of happy family life to Seán and Bernie Prendeville with their children Ógie and Ellen in their new home.

The Corbry Tree, which was lit up for Christmas in Glin, will turn green on the days running up to, and including, St. Patrick’s Day! There might be a chance that Glin Library will be greened also. We wait and see.
