LAST MAN STANDING

The new Last Man Standing Competition got underway on the weekend of December 29th and which is being sponsored Tom O’Grady, Brown Joe’s Bar and the club would like to thank Tom O’Grady for his sponsorship.
Already we have had a few fallers at the first hurdle with a good number going for in form Stoke City but who were held at home by struggling Southampton. However we had a calamity of  Foinavon proportions last Wednesday when like the 1967 Aintree Grand National we had a major upset when Chelsea lost 1-0 at home to QPR. With this shock we had almost 100 fallers thus narrowing the field substantially.

Best of luck to all for next weekend’s fixtures.
