Sympathies to the Sheehy family in Glin on the unexpected death of Eamon Sheehy in Abbeyfeale last weekend. May he rest in peace.
It is lovely to hear of christenings in the area. Last Saturday Sonny and Maeve Noonan were christened in Ballyhahill by Fr McNamara. Their parents Davey Noonan and Kate are home from Melbourne for a holiday in Clounlehard. Nana Carol and Granda Dave are more than delighted to have them at home. We hope they enjoy the holiday. Recently too Dylan Cummane was christened in Glin. He is the son of Paudie and Magala Cummane who were home from Spain for a holiday in Knockdown with Granda Mike.
Congratulations to Rosaline Normile, Loughill and Brian Enright, Ballyhahill who got married in Loughill church last weekend. They now live in what used to be Barry’s house in Barneigue. Wishing them many years of happiness.
