Good News for the development of Athea GAA Facilities
Our Club was notified on Monday last that we have received funding to the tune of €44,573 from the Clár Programme towards improving our parking facilities at Páirc na nGael. This was welcome news for the Club after many years of submitting applications for funding. As this project requires match funding, we are appealing to everyone to support our club development draw which will allow us to complete this project ASAP, making the parking area more accessible and safer for all. The first Club Draw is due to take place in September. Tickets can be purchased online, or from any of our sellers. A word of thanks to our Chairperson, Paul Curry for his persistence and expertise in securing this funding.

Shannon Gaels Athea 1-12 Kildimo Pallaskenry 2-10
