Our club were delighted to welcome Councillor Michael Collins, Mayor of Limerick City & County to our club on Saturday morning last to present the club with a certificate of achievement to acknowledge the Club’s contribution and assistance to the community during the COVID-19 Pandemic. The popularity of our walking track, together with the further development of our track into a ‘Walk & Talk Track’ and the provision of our ‘Happy to Chat Benches’ also happened as a result of covid.

Our Club would like to express our thanks to Athea & District Credit Union for their generous donation towards the development of our Walk & Talk Track. Your support and commitment towards our Club is very much appreciated. Work continues behind the scenes in preparing a permanent surface for our track.
