Intermediates:

On this Saturday evening, August 24th our Intermediates play in Round 5 of the Co. Championship. The venue is Mick Neville Park in Bruff and our opponents are Bruff. Kick-off is at 6pm. Your support would be greatly appreciated.

Junior Bs:

Unfortunately our Junior ‘B’ team lost out to St. Kieran’s in Knockaderry over the weekend. It ended on a scoreline of 0-12 to 0-7. Here’s to future winning ways!

Club Draw:

The 3rd leg of the GAA Club Draw will be held on this Saturday night August 24th at the Top of the Town. Best of luck to all.

Pitch Work:

This week the running/walking track will not be usable as the ducting for the flood-lights will be going in – another improvement for Páirc na nGael. So look out for the start of this work and hopefully Declan will have the track up and going very quickly. Also in the near future work will commence with Diarmuid Collins on the repair of the pillars and roof of the stand, another added bonus for our pitch and ‘Nationwide’ will hopefully visit it in the very near future too,

U-16s:

Well our U-16 boys were very disappointed on Sunday last when they, along with their parents and supporters, travelled to Feenagh for their Co. Semi-Final against Granagh/Ballingarry who weren’t able to field a team. However they are now into the final against the winners of Ballylanders or Kildimo/Patrickswell. We wish them the best.
