Comhaltas Summer Trad Sessions

Athea Branch of Comhaltas will hold a Summer Trad Session on Sunday, June 17th at Collins’ Bar from 7-9pm.

Everybody is welcome to come along for a feast of music, song, story-telling etc.

2018 – Danaher McGrath Trust Scholarship

The Trust is making a number of scholarships available to students of the parishes of Athea, Abbeyfeale, Mountcollins, Tournafulla and Templeglantine for studies at third level.

The student must be of limited means. There will be a number of scholarships available each year.

Athea Utd are holding their AGM in the Top of the Town Saturday 16th June at 8.30pm

Athea Annual Outing

Barbecue

A BBQ will take place next Sunday afternoon from 2 – 5pm at Con Colbert Hall as a thank you to all the people  who help out in the Church. Readers, choir Eucharistic Ministers, altar servers, parents, committees etc.  You are all welcome

Con Colbert Community Hall A.G.M.

The A.G.M. of Con Colbert Community Hall takes place on Wednesday night, June 20th, at 8pm. This meeting is open to everyone in the parish to attend who would like to find out more about the running of the hall. New members are also more than welcome to attend.
