Matches:

U14:
Our U14s had two matches last week, a challenge on Thursday June 15 against Ballylongford/Asdee in Asdee and a league game against Adare in Adare on Monday June 19. The game in Kerry played in windy conditions was a free flowing, high scoring affair, with our boys playing some excellent football and putting up a big score. The game in Adare played in the middle of our mini heat wave, was more lackluster, with some of our boys suffering from various forms of sunburn or heat stroke. We trailed at half time 2-5 to 0-4 and the game finished 4-6 to 1-7. There was very little between the teams but our marking when they had the ball left a lot to be desired.

Panel: Gavin Mulvihill, Cillian O’Connor, Gavin Ambrose, Gearoid O’Sullivan, Fergal Pierse, Pierce O’Brien, Brandon Finucane, Andrew O’Riordan, Paraic Enright, James Lee, Dermot Pierse, T.J.
