Wednesday September 17:

School Team:

Our School team made the short journey to Shanagolden on Wednesday last and produced some of the best football they have played all year beating the local National School in the first round of the School League. Each and every one of the boys did extremely well and even though we were a point down at half-time our young team came out in the second half all guns blazing and ended up with a great win on the day. The quality of the defending, attacking, point scoring and support play was excellent. Our next match is this Thursday September 25 against Foynes in Páirc na nGael at 1pm.  Panel: Colin Broderick, Eoin Sheahan, Eoin O’Shea, Danny Brady, Pierce O’Brien, Andrew O’Riordan, Michael Tierney, Gavin Ambrose, Luke Gleeson, Jack Hunt, Aidan Curry, TJ Hunt, Paraic Enright, Brandon Finucane, Dermot Pierse, Adam Byrne, Thomas McEnery & Daire O’Shea
