Community Hall Concert
Grand Finale
The concert was performed once again in front of a full house for the fourth time last Sunday night. The amount of strangers that had travelled long distances outside the parish to see the concert was very impressive along with the many people who had come for the second time, and others for the third. Each act performed with the same energy and enthusiasm as if it was the opening night all over again.
One final show remains on this Sunday night November 20th at 7:30pm at the Memorial Hall which will definitely be the final night. Anyone who hasn’t seen it yet are advised to come as a great night’s entertainment is assured. Its not often Athea gets a chance to showcase its talent and variety and it may be a very long time before a concert of it’s kind is staged again. So please come along, spread the word and help us as we endeavour to pay off the outstanding loan on our community hall for once and for all.
